Returns Policy

When you order Viagrow, you are protected by our "No Questions Asked - Risk Free Guarantee". If you are not completely satisfied with Viagrow, simply return all unopened bottles within 30 days of ordering. You will receive a full refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. In the even that you wish to take advantage of our return policy, you must contact our customer support team to request an RMA Return Mechandise Authorization number and form to send along with your parcel so that we can identify your return. Please understand that parcels received at our warehouse without an RMA form will not be accepted. Contact us to request and RMA Form. Once a parcel is received at our warehouse it takes 24-48 hours to process your refund.

Shipping Policy

We ship a large volume of parcels and we make our very best effort to ensure that every parcel is treated with the greatest amount of care possible. Should you not receive your parcel within 21 days from your order date please contact us to resolve any issues to ensure that your parcel is not lost or inproperly shipped due to human error. All parcels are shipped with insurance, we guarantee delivery. Should your parcel not arrive for any reason whatsoever, we will reship your order immediately and at no cost to you. If your order has not reached you, you must contact us within 30 days of your order date to in order to resolve your issue.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been submitted your credit card will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully.

If you choose to return your original purchase for any reason, your enrollment to our membership program will be forfeited. Customers will be given a 3-month notice of product cancellation. Unlimited Supplies subject to availability.
